As a building's tenants contribute to its identity, we place high emphasis on creating an informal environment with a friendly atmosphere. We are committed to making tenants and visitors feel comfortable and welcome. We encourage regular events led by us, our tenants, and their employees.
Employees value our regular exercise sessions led by certified trainers. These focus on strengthening the core muscles to improve stability, balance and posture. Exercises are organised both on-site and on the green terrace.
Our community events in the building aim to unite tenants and encourage networking. We organise annual themed days, charity events, and cultural/artistic happenings. We support non-profit organizations, as well as local vendors, artists and artisans, by providing a free shared space at Rosum.
Rosum supports the well-being and health of employees by organising blood donor sessions and regular Health Days. Invited experts, doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists and other specialists provide various diagnostics, measurements, and health consultations.
Green terrace
The community terrace, located between the building's two towers, has great views and is a popular place for tenants to relax and meet during the summer. It also holds various events, such as corporate functions.
Love great coffee, homemade lemonades and fresh baked treats? This friendly café has fantastic coffee, and provides a cosy and discreet space for meetings and corporate events.
Our e-scooters for tenants are a fast, fun and efficient way to get around Ružinov and the surrounding area. They're safe and easy to use.
Rosum is about quality and representative spaces for tenants, and even more importantly about the people who are part of the journey. Representatives from the building owner and the building management team are available on-site to personally address tenant requests and needs. We prioritise that every tenant receives the support they require.
