The modern office building on Bajkalska Street (in Bratislava's Ružinov district) consists of two 10-storey towers connected by a parking house. The project design aimed for a client-oriented space that focused on tenants' comfort and needs: the Rosum project is "for people". On top of the parking house, a green community terrace is the perfect place for relaxation and tenants' corporate events.

ROSUM is owned by ECE European City Estates, an Austrian private investment group. Founded in 1996, the company is a major part of the Family Office of the Humer Private Foundation.

 

The Humer family has been actively involved in real estate investment since the early 1970s. ECE European City Estates has been building and maintaining a prestigious real estate portfolio in CEE for over five decades.

The Humer family has also been active in the textile industry.

Until 2003 Rudolf Humer was the CEO and shareholder of Palmers Group, which owned several well-known lingerie and fashion brands.
