The modern office building on Bajkalska Street (in Bratislava's Ružinov district) consists of two 10-storey towers connected by a parking house. The project design aimed for a client-oriented space that focused on tenants' comfort and needs: the Rosum project is "for people". On top of the parking house, a green community terrace is the perfect place for relaxation and tenants' corporate events.
